抑制壞菌生長 增強免疫力
腸道是身體眾多免疫細胞聚集的地方,更有70%的免疫細胞在腸道內生成 ,因此令腸道成為了重要的免疫器官。活化腸道益菌是提升免疫力的最直接方法,不少人會選擇透過補充益生菌(Probiotics)抑制壞菌的生長,促進營養吸收。然而,益生菌容易受熱 ,又會被胃酸破壞 ,令功效大打折扣。 低聚半乳糖(GOS)是一種益生纖維(Prebiotics),不會因高溫和胃酸而減損功能,亦能為益生菌營造一個良好的生長環境。它們會在小腸作爲益生菌(如乳酸桿菌及雙歧桿菌)的糧食,維持及延長它們的活性,照顧寶寶幼嫩的腸道,並同時抑制壞菌數量 ,幫助增強免疫系統 。而且能為大便注入更多水分,使大便軟硬適中,通過益菌發酵,腸臟蠕動速度能變得規律 ,排便輕鬆順利。此外,亦有研究發現GOS亦可能有助寶寶面對過敏問題。
人體無法自行生產GOS,需要依靠外在食物補充。因此為寶寶免疫和消化系統設想,媽媽在為寶寶選擇食品時,可將GOS低聚半乳糖納入考量,支持寶寶在成長路上健康發展!
